Saul Urban evaluates and develops multifamily sites and projects for adaptive and strategic reuses.

Saul Urban was founded by Frank Saul III in 2013 based on a vision to create a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to pursue innovative real estate projects responding to the growing demographic trends in multifamily housing.

The Saul Urban team combines development and management experience drawn from the multi-family, hospitality, retail, and office property sectors. This team has a diverse array of skills and expertise, including acquisitions, zoning and entitlements, finance, development and construction management, legal and property management.
