FOUNDER & CEO

With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Frank Saul boasts a comprehensive background in development, management, and financing across residential, office, retail, and hotel sectors. As a member of one of the leading real estate families in the US, Frank's tenure with the B.F. Saul real estate organization included serving as President of Saul Centers, Inc. and President of the B.F. Saul Company. Notable projects under his leadership include the mixed-use Clarendon Center and the Park Place II office building in Tysons Corner.

Since founding Saul Urban in 2012, Frank’s focus is developing and transforming multi-family projects in urban centers and middle-income housing in suburban areas.

He received his BA from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business. Frank's dedication to community service and civic causes is evident through his involvement with various nonprofit organizations, including the Children's National Medical Center, The Conservation Fund, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
