Looking Back on 2023

To date the fund has acquired five properties that will become 650 apartments when converted. In the last two weeks of December 2023 the fund closed on two acquisitions a 12 story high-rise in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio the seven story midrise in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the fund’s first hotel acquisition was converted to 88 apartments within one year and opened in October 23.
