Sam DiFrank

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sam has expertise in acquisitions, construction lending, asset management and corporate finance. Throughout his career, he has led teams in completing billions of dollars in acquisition and loan transactions across a diverse portfolio of properties, spanning multi-family, hotel, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial sectors nationwide.

Sam previously served as a commercial real estate lender at Wells Fargo Bank and as a controller for Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (a NYSE company). He also established the REO corporate finance group for First American Bank that managed the accounting for over $1 billion in non-performing loans and real estate assets.

Sam is a CPA and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. He completed his accounting coursework for the CPA exam at Ohio State University and earned a BS in finance from Bowling Green State University.
